Californians May Have to Bite the Bullet for a Balance Budget

As the global economic situation grows ever darker, California’s budget deficit remains unresolved. No solution will please all stakeholders, but proposals to increase taxes and fees will hit the pocketbooks of virtually everyone in the state.
